Boro Bistro was opened in August of 2004 by Corrie Hasenjager. Corrie wanted to create a healthy restaurant with great food and a comfortable atmosphere. The friendly, growing community of Springboro provided a perfect backdrop for the fulfillment of that dream. With the support of her sisters Abbe and Jenny, Corrie made the dream into a reality which has evolved into one of the area's best known restaurants.

Conveniently located in the heart of Historic Springboro, 'Boro Bistro, offers up healthy, natural, and delicious food in a delightful, cozy atmosphere unique to the area. Come, relax in the couch corner, and watch satisfied customers leave vowing to be back with friends and family.
