Corrie Hasenjager Goddard has been owner/operator of ‘Boro Bistro for the past 6 years. The Bistro grew out of it’s previous space in Historic Downtown Springboro and has re-opened at 722 N Main St., Springboro since Sept , 2010.
Corrie’s interest in nutrition led her to major in Health and Nutrition at University of Toledo. She has used that knowledge to provide healthy, nutritious, and delicious meals for her restaurant’s customers. Produce is fresh and local (when possible), and entrees are baked, not fried. Her friendly, helpful servers add to the relaxed and charming atmosphere.
Customer satisfaction is very important to her and she is responsive to suggestions that will better serve her patrons.
